x86/init: fix build with CONFIG_SWAP=n

commit 792adb90fa724ce07c0171cbc96b9215af4b1045 upstream.

The introduction of generic_max_swapfile_size and arch-specific versions has
broken linking on x86 with CONFIG_SWAP=n due to undefined reference to
'generic_max_swapfile_size'. Fix it by compiling the x86-specific
max_swapfile_size() only with CONFIG_SWAP=y.

Ce que je crois comprendre est une moins bonne gestion de la swap , notamment en cas d'absence de celle-ci.
Les procs sont de plus en plus performants et la swap devient une alternative pour du matos ancien.
Les modules VM font des appels système et donc sont gérés en mémoire vive (Ram+Cache) et donc en cas de saturation, vers une partition de décharge. Celles-ci sont de moins en moins solicitées.
Ce n'est pas évident de s'y retrouver, mais Linux s'oriente t'il vers du "non-swap" hardware ?

non il y a la possibilité de fichier zswap
