Il faudrait nous en dire plus sur ta configuratiton.

En fait, le système attend par défaut un autre écran, typiquement sur le port HDMI. Le reboot forcé n'est donc pas une bonne idée car tu interromps brutalement le démarrage qui reste silencieux (pas de sollicitation de l'interface graphique).
Il faudrait nous donner entre balise code le retour de

cat /etc/default/grub
.
Si grub est tenu par une autre distro, il faudra le retour de la distro maître.

ok je vais branché l ecran sur le hdmi
après versification l Ecran es déjà en hdmi

une seule distrib es installée
