Titre accrocheur, hein????
Alors, depuis quelques jours (sans doute la dernière maj), le matin, après allumage du pc, j'ai des déconnexion/reconnexions pendant quelques minutes et après tout revient à la normale.
Ma connexion fonctionne au même moment (vérifié en wifi sur mon téléphone) et n'est pas coupée; a priori, ça ne viendrait pas de la bbox.
J'ai recherché et trouvé un topic vieux de 6 ans (ça nous rajeunit pas tout ça) où j'avais (et pas que moi) un souci assez ressemblant avec realtek mais j'étais passé à une carte réseau intel et plus de souci depuis lors.

- 5.10 et 5.15 , voir 6.0 et 6.1 ( la version 0 vient de sortir , doc c'est plus pour test démarrage dans ton cas )

faire les tests ( Grub > options avancé
pour le 5.10 , 5.15 , 6.0 , 6.1 (pour ce dernier test )
nb : tu as encore une maj UEFI a faire version de 2018
tu as 2 cartes Ethernet , r8168 et e1000e tu devrais tester le débit avec chacune
pour les tests de vérifications & débits
je te propose , chaque run environ de 6 a 7mn

Merci pour tes conseils.
Alors, la version UEFI est effectivement très ancienne et j'ai effectivement pas vu la dernière maj de 2018 disponible (je suis en E7972IMS.CCO alors qu'il y a de dispo la E7972IMS.CDO); je vais faire la maj de suite.
Je vais aussi changer de noyau mais je vais attendre 1 jour ou 2 pour voir cette maj BIOS a suffi à régler les déconnexions ou pas.
Et je vérifierai les vitesses des 2 cartes (j'avais squeezé la carte realtek pour de nombreuses déconnexions intempestives) et la intel ne m'avait jamais causé de souci.

==> secure boot desactivé
==> CSM fastboot desactivés
==> tous les disques en AHCI
==> pas de legacy
puis redemarrer sur la cle USB
